Shipping policy

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Standard shipping is free on all orders.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 1-5 business days of shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Amazon Orders

If you purchase NordPet Health through Amazon, Amazon's own shipping terms and delivery estimates apply, including free shipping for Amazon Prime members.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at dogs@nordpethealth.com and we'll help track it down.

Lost or Stolen Packages

NordPet Health is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If this happens, please file a claim with the carrier and reach out to us at dogs@nordpethealth.com so we can assist where possible.
