The #MoreGoodYears
4-Week Walk Challenge
In Norway we call it friluftsliv: a good life lived outdoors, in motion. For four weeks, take your senior dog on a daily walk, share a moment from it, and celebrate the dogs who've given us so many good years. Every week we'll pick a winner at random for a free jar of NordPet Health Hip & Joint.
Walk
Take your senior dog (7 years or older) on a walk at whatever pace suits them. Short and slow counts.
Share
Post a photo or video from the walk on Instagram with #MoreGoodYears and tag @NordPetHealth. Your account must be public so we can see it.
Win
Each eligible post is one entry for that week's drawing. Post every day to enter every week.
Tips for senior walks
- Start with five minutes of slow walking to warm up.
- Choose grass or trails over pavement when you can.
- Several short walks beat one long one for stiff dogs.
- Check with your veterinarian if your dog limps, lags or is stiff the next morning.
No Instagram? Email a photo of your walk with your name and your dog's name to dogs@nordpethealth.com with the subject "MoreGoodYears". Each email counts as one entry. No purchase necessary.
